Owen Siwolo is the Founder and Principal Advocate of SIWOLO P.O LAW ADVOCATES, a progressive Kenyan law firm offering strategic, client-centred legal solutions. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, having completed the Advocates Training Programme at the Kenya School of Law, and holds an LL.B. from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa. Owen's practice spans civil and commercial litigation, constitutional law, corporate and commercial law, conveyancing, employment law, criminal defence, family law and succession, alternative dispute resolution, and intellectual property. He also has specialized expertise in the mining and extractives sector, advising investors and corporations on mineral rights, regulatory compliance, and land access. A hallmark of his practice is Preventive Law — helping clients identify and mitigate legal risks before they become disputes. He works with corporations, financial institutions, startups, and NGOs to strengthen governance, contracts, and compliance frameworks, ensuring legal strategy supports rather than hinders business growth.
